At Your Service Computer Repair will make every reasonable effort to restore your system to its original, pre-infected condition. However, computer users must understand that in some cases of severe malware infection, a complete wiping of the system is unavoidable, and the end result is a loss of data and programs. The operating system, programs, and data must then be reinstalled on the wiped system. In some cases, even if a complete wiping of the system proves necessary, we can cleanly recover important data files. This can be arranged with the client before actual work on their system begins. |
