At Your Service offers complete computer repair services. If your computer has a problem, we can fix it.  All work is done by a technician with nearly 30 years experience working on personal computers.

At Your Service can perform the following repairs at the listed labor rate.  Parts for repairs, other than consumables, are not included in the listed charges.

Main Hard Drive replacement; Operating system and software reinstalled by owner.	$34.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Might require data recovery at extra charge.
Main Hard Drive Replacement; Operating system and software reinstalled by AYS.		$40.00	Plus the cost of any components supplied. Might require data recovery at extra charge.
Floppy Drive replacement	$34.95		Includes new floppy drive.
DVD/CD-ROM/-RW replacement	$29.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied.
Video Card replacement	$29.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Assumes replacement with identical video card.
Video Card replacement	$39.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Assumes replacement with upgraded video card.
Sound Card replacement	$29.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Assumes replacement with identical sound card.
Sound Card replacement	$39.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Assumes replacement with upgraded sound card.
Network Interface Card replacement	$34.95		Plus the cost of any components supplied. Assumes replacement with identical or upgraded network interface card.
Motherboard replacement		$40.00	Plus the cost of any components supplied.  Labor charge pro-rated by the quarter hour.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting		$40.00	This charge is often covered in other services. It may apply for diagnosis of intermittent or difficult problems.  Charge will apply if actual repair is not performed by At Your Service.
System Cleanup and Optimization	$44.95		Physical cleaning inside the computer.  Cleanup and optimizing of Windows installation. Check for spyware/malware.  Up to thirty other steps or checks performed, depending on the system.

*  Hourly rate is pro-rated by the quarter hour.  You will be charged in 15 minute increments for any work done beyond the first hour.

More importantly, you will not be charged for any labor beyond three hours.  The maximum labor charge is for three hours.  This is done to reduce costs to the customer.
